Ingredients
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • handful of leafy greens (I love kale or spinach)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 inch piece of ginger root
  • handful of mint (decreases inflammation in the body and soothes intestines)
  • ½ teaspoon <a href=”http://rawdoreenenergy.com/”>Purium’s</a> Aloe Vera (love this company myself)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Top with chia seeds for extra fiber, protein and amino acids.

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
