Hormonal Happiness Smoothie Recipe

How many times do you feel out of whack during those times of the month? Maybe you just have low sex drive? Got dry skin or hair falling out? Belly Bloat or Constipation? Say bye bye to that and hello to some hormonal happiness. This is my favorite smoothie to combat all of the above and get myself back on track.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups dairy free milk (I love coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao (boost the magnesium)
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • 1 scoop Love from <a href=”http://www.rawdoreenenergy.com”>Purium</a> or your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (awesome omegas for hormones)
  • 1 banana (if you cannot tolerate banana – switch for ½ avocado)
  • 2 dates, soaked w/o pit
  • pinch of sea salt for minerals for hormones
